Pacific Marina Inn Oahu Hawaii
The Pacific Marina Inn is situated 2.2 kilometres form the Daniel K. Inouye (Honolulu) International Airport and 12.5 kilometres to the International Market Place Waikiki. We found this hotel to be very convenient as we were using Hawaii as a stop over to break up the flight from Brisbane Australia to Seattle USA. The hotel was clean and tidy, though it is in an industrial area, it suited our needs for the night. It would have been handy to have in room WiFi but for the night it wasn’t a big issue. We would stay at this hotel again if we have a 1 night stay over in Oahu. For more information on Pacific Marina Inn click here and for a map click on Google Maps. The Good and The Bad
- Pros: Clean room, reasonably priced, close to airport, free shuttle to/from airport, friendly staff, quiet, bus to Waikiki is a short walk, good water pressure, hot water lasted for both our showers, bed was soft which I like, pillows were ok, air conditioning worked well (a bit noisy), had a pool, had pen and pad for writing notes, TV, clock, coffee maker, fridge, hairdryer. Great for one night stopover in Honolulu.
- Cons: Hotel is old and could do with a freshen up, had free WiFi but only in reception area, was not the prettiest of areas, no free breakfast, no safe in room, no USB connection to charge devices, not close to anything but the airport.
